https://www.gdc-uk.org/registration/overseas-registration-exam/applying-for-ore/before-you-apply
This is the website which you have to follow ,everything is mentioned here so I will try to make it easy for you:
Step 1: You can apply for the ORE online via eGDC by selecting ‘Apply to register’. You will be asked to complete the route to the registration questionnaire. There is no fee payable to the GDC when submitting your completed application. Following the completion of the online application process, you will be issued with a personalized application form to download, print, sign and submit along with your supporting documents. Along with other necessary documents some of them are quite important.
