Hi shaima, For ORE registration, you need to first register yourself with GDC https://www.egdc-uk.org/Application/RegistrationInformation .Once you register online they will email  you your personalized application you need to print out and you can see what documents you need,main documents are certified copies of your transcript,degree, passport,english proficiency certificate from your dental college If you have done your degree in past few years just check that with GDC,if not then you need to submit IELTS result or english language requirement form(available on GDC wesite) and you need 1600 credit hours work done either during underguation or during your work.
