Now coming to the actual thing how I completed my forms:

I took the service of a dearest friend Sabeen whom my tutor referred me to.She and her team helped me with all the paperwork as I couldnot do it alone.They provide consultation regarding your applications and provide you all the help.They charge a nominal fee for their services which you have to pay half in the start and half after you submit the application.I would recommend her because I have worked with her and everything was quite smooth.Apart from her there is another consultant James,he also provide these services.You can consult either of them that’s you own personal preference.

NOTE: Its entirely up to you If you want to consult them or do It on your own.I just want to tell you whatever I know,but rest is your choice and decision.

But personally I want to tell you its all worth it at the end, as you will get a very good clinical experience and pay rate is also very good as I am working full time in clinic.
